Internet Performance Update 1/16/16:

SUMMARY: All systems up!

Our Vendor, MTWEB (Mike and Joe), have implemented the new link between Twin Bridges and Silver Star. We now have two fully functional redundant connections through the trouble area. We restored full internet capacity as of midnight on January 15.

We understand the reliability and usability have been below satisfactory for many of our customers, and we take that very seriously. If you have any issue that need addressing, we are more than happy to work with you through this challenge. Please emailsupport@airgrids.com or call 406-660-3101 to leave a voicemail and we will call you back. We greatly appreciate your ongoing patience. I feel we will have a much more robust system once we get through the current issues.

We have been their customer for a few years now, in 2 different homes. We have received excellent service the whole time. We enjoy high speed internet without living in a big city! We highly recommend AirGrids.

I have had Air Grids for probably 4 years and love the service. Scott, the owner, is very helpful and responsive to any issues. I have great Internet that allows me to work from home as well as watch Netflix, etc. Great company!

Awesome internet provider with great customer service, I would recommend AirGrids to anyone. Even if you are a high data user or just want video streaming they offer a variety of options. I finally have high speed internet in rural Montana.
